Thank you all for this week away. Shane and I have been with Olivia, Grace, Grace's fiancé Joey, & Olivia's two labs, Ebony & Anchovy on Tybee Island, just out from Savannah, and truly could not have had a more perfect week. Amazing weather, LOTS of seafood, two nights of dominoes and plenty of laughter. And some b**r. 🍺

Thanks for understanding that everyone needs a break once in awhile. We've got some announcements coming, so watch for those tomorrow. For now, we are heading home. 😎

On this last day of TN Main Street Restaurant Week, we say THANK YOU for your business, this week and every week. ❤️ Our featured flatbread today is our classic cheese, because sometimes, a bunch of gooey, cheesy goodness just hits the spot! 🧀

As I said yesterday, when we close the kitchen for a week of vacation, everything must go at the end of the day. To that end, if we run out of something today, we're just out. These are things we have and need to sell:
* our famous wings
* hummus and pimento cheese
* flatbreads
* pork sliders

We will NOT have:
* beef sliders (including the monthly special)
* quesadillas

Come in today and help us eat all this food! Titans are on at noon, and there's Texas Hold'Em from 2 until 5 pm!

We need your help! As you know, we will be closed next week, and that means EVERYTHING that's left in the kitchen Sunday...

We need your help! As you know, we will be closed next week, and that means EVERYTHING that's left in the kitchen Sunday night will have to be dumped, because we can't hold fresh food over for a week.

That's where you come in! We need y'all to be hungry, on a level with Bob and Miss Sawyer here. 😂 Both of them have the hungry, hungry hippo vibe (Sawyer even gets her toes in on it), and we need y'all to come eat this food, today & tomorrow!

Now - this means that we may run out of some things. Please understand that when we are out of something this weekend, we're just out. But don't worry - in a week, we will be back up and running with some new cooler weather options for you!

This is your message from the heavens to come to BS and have a delicious flatbread and a 🍺!

Today all eyes are on our Supreme flatbread. 👀 We start with a stone baked flatbread, cover it in marinara and add a pile of shredded mozzarella. We layer pepperoni, sausage, crisp green pepper strips, sliced mushrooms and black olives, add a sprinkle of mozzarella to hold it all together, and then run it in the oven. A sprinkle of Italian seasoning and it's ready for you! See you tonight?

Thursday nights are basically the start of the weekend, right? We've got a great one here at BS for you!

Joggers and La**rs will meet to run or walk at 6 pm, then will gather on the patio for fellowship after. 🏃🏽‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃

Then Songsmiths songwriters night kicks off at 7 pm, featuring JP Williams, Quinn Loggins and our boy Mitch Oglesby (ask him about our wings), for a night of amazing music and entertaining stories! 🎶

And the Springfield Yellow Jackets take on McGavock at 7 pm, and we will have it on the patio TV for you! 🐝 🏈

We're halfway through Restaurant Week, and today we are reminded that sometimes, the simplest things just hit the spot! We're focusing on our classic pepperoni flatbread - marinara, mozzarella and pepperoni. Simple, delicious, perfect.

Or, try our "No BS" beef sliders, cooked in a cast iron skillet and seasoned to perfection. We serve them on brioche buns, topped with melted American cheese (or upgrade to Cheddar or Swiss), dill pickles and your choice of condiments. Served with your choice of chips, or you can add an order of fries instead.

Be classic and let us take care of dinner!
