There’s something special about pulling a carrot from the ground 🥕

One minute it’s hidden beneath the soil, and the next it’s in your basket alongside crisp greens, beets and whatever else the garden is ready to share that day.

Basket in hand, wandering the garden rows, gathering ingredients and imagining the meal they’ll become. Fresh salads, roasted vegetables, simple dinners made from food grown locally.

The first garden boxes are beginning to take shape 🌱

What started as tiny seeds, hopeful plans and a lot of hard work is slowly turning into something we can’t wait to share with our community 🧺

Soon, these boxes will be filled with whatever the season is offering, fruit and vegetables harvested that morning, herbs picked fresh from the garden, eggs gathered from our hens and quail and freshly cut flowers 🌼

There is something special about food grown close to home. We hope these boxes bring a little of that joy to your table 🥕

Farm fresh eggs from our happy hens are coming soon to Polito Farm 🤍

From soft sage and pale blue to warm cream, each egg is a little reflection of the flock that lays them. Our hens spend their days free ranging, enjoying healthy treats, fresh air and plenty of love and care from owners Jen & David.

There’s something special about gathering eggs each morning from chickens raised slowly and thoughtfully here on the farm. We can’t wait to share that with you soon.
