This is much of the reason I thought about this business a couple years ago and have started to get this product off the ground. I have fallen for the trap of convenient, hyper-palatable food for a long time. It is time for us to get the best out of ourselves and part of that is to get the best out of our food.

Approved to sell in the state of Missouri. My passion behind doing this is because I had fallen into the trap of a poor diet for a long time. About 2 years ago I thought about doing this and I got an overwhelmingly good feeling about it and bringing an option to the market that helps curb appetite and, more importantly, doesn’t include the unhealthy ingredients or hyper-palatable chemicals that are meant to make you addicted to them and not provide nutrients.

I also made the decision to use one of the pore expensive and time consuming processing methods, freeze drying, because of the evidence that this is the best way to help maintain nutrients. Even though this takes much more time, I believe this is the best way I know to help deliver a great and natural product while also maintaining nutrients.

For now, selling in Missouri only direct to consumer. Becoming a healthier person and population will benefit everyone and help us live a more fulfilling life.

We are family owned small business in southwest Missouri. For years I fell into the trap of grabbing a quick snack that would get me by, not realizing these snack didn’t really provide any nutritional benefits and would leave me more hungry and not feeling well. I would pick up what is marketed as a healthy snack, only to read the ingredients and see words i couldn’t pronounce. This left me wanting to just make my own so i knew what was in it, but carrying around these fresh ingredients was a hastle and not easy. This led me down a path to figure out how to make these while maintaining the nutrients because most traditional processing methods removes or reduces much of the nutrients. This is where my research led me to freeze drying. So I have been making these snack bars with only 5 ingredients with no artificial ingredients. No dyes, no added sugar, no artificial flavors, no false advertising. Just 5 ingredients freeze dried to help maintain the nutrients but provide a way for me to bring these with me. My purpose is to help others find a way to each healthy and feel better by getting a healthy option in there hands instead of what you find on many shelves now.

I make these in small batches, and since freeze drying takes sometimes over 24 hours that doesn’t include packaging, I am limited runs now but am trying to keep these available.

This is under construction. I registered my LLC earlier this year and working on recipes and packaging. Looking forward to introducing these soon.
