Hey fellow farmers! A beginning farmer asking for tips! Our pumpkins were coming along, and about to flower. We had them protected from being eaten by deer this year lol, but they are now shriveled up to almost nothing. We watered them early morning and late evening, due to heat. Then we saw them wilting, thought maybe we were over watering? So, we cut it down to just morning watering. Do I just chalk it up to nothing survives 104 degree weather??
*last year they did very well but were eaten before pumpkins appeared...
