While our page has been a little quieter lately, we definitely haven’t been taking a vacation!

Behind the scenes, our team has been traveling across Alabama, catering weddings, private parties, corporate events, and special celebrations. We’ve been busy doing what we love most—creating unforgettable food experiences for our clients.

One recent wedding featured a completely customized menu with:
🥩 Steak Bites with Chimichurri Sauce
🍗 Chicken Marsala
🫛 Green Beans Amandine
🥔 Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Guests also enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres throughout cocktail hour and an elegant charcuterie table that welcomed everyone as they arrived.

No two events are ever the same, and that’s exactly how we like it. Whether you’re dreaming of classic Southern favorites, elegant plated dinners, interactive food stations, or a menu designed just for your event, we’ll work with you to create an experience your guests will remember long after the last bite.

At Straight Mountain Catering, we don’t just serve food—we create the food experience that elevates your event.

If you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, holiday party, or special celebration, we’d love to help bring your vision to the table. Contact us today to start planning!

When are you opening? Where are you located? What kind of food will you serve? What are your hours?

We've put together this FAQ to answer some of the questions we've been getting the most. Hopefully, it clears a few things up as we get closer to opening day!

🍽️ Comfort food for lunch, creative dinner features, and breakfast every Saturday & Sunday.
🕚 Monday–Friday: 11 AM–8 PM

One question we know is coming:
📞"What's the phone number?"

We're still getting everything finalized and will announce our call-in ordering number soon, so stay tuned!

Thank you for all the support, encouragement, and excitement you've shown already. We can't wait to welcome you through our doors and serve the Trussville and Argo communities beginning **July 6!**

🚨 NEXT WEEK IS BBQ WEEK 🚨

This ain’t the “we made 3 pans and hoped for the best” kind of BBQ week.
This is full blown smoke-cloud-over-the-county BBQ chaos. 🔥

If your office, crew, ball team, church group, construction site, family reunion, graduation party, or your uncle Randy who suddenly wants to host people needs bulk BBQ…

📞 GET WITH US ASAP.

Because once the smokers are full… they’re FULL.

🐖 Whole Smoked Pork Butts – $45
🍖 Full Slabs of Ribs – $30

Slow smoked. Heavy bark. No sadness.

Don’t wait until next week and hit us with:
“Y’all still got ribs?”

That’s how heartbreak begins.

🔥 NEW MENU DROP 🔥

We’ve been working on something a little different… and it’s officially ready 👀

Say hello to our newest side:
🍍 Sweet Chili Glazed Veggie Medley

Fresh squash, zucchini, and bell peppers tossed with pineapple and finished with a light sweet chili glaze that brings just the right balance of sweet + heat.

It’s colorful. It’s fresh. And it might just steal the show from the main dish 😏

Perfect with just about anything! Add it to your next catered event.
