Pop's Blazin Smokers

Pop's Blazin Smokers Pop's Blazin Smokers was a BBQ Competition cooking team. The team consists of my wife, Theresa, and me, the "ZMan”! We started about 22 years ago.

Have cooked in Houston, Texas, north to Kansas, east to North Carolina, and all the southeastern states all the way home to Louisiana. For the past seven years we have quailified for the American Royal in Kansas and in the draw for the Jack Daniels contest both are world championships. Cooked in the Hoston Rodeo world championship BBQ contest this year and placed in the final with a fifth place brisket.

Just sitting here thinking about today, another successful event for the Pack 165.
