We have just restocked on our free range, antibiotic free, non-gmo chicken. Rob picked them up from the USDA Processor Friday morning. Its ready for you now, fresh and never frozen. We have wings, thighs, boneless skinless thighs, leg and thigh quartes, breast and wing quartes, boneless skinless breasts, drumsticks, halves, and roasters.

In addition to the chicken, we have fresh pork, and beef today. Paul will be cutting meat all day. Stop in and see what looks good.

Good news!!!!! The driveway is open again! Drive on up and see us.

Bartz & Son Contracting LLC finished the driveway on Tuesday. They requested no traffic for 48 hours, so it could cure, but it is ready now!! 🤩 It looks much nicer. They completely changed the pitch and added drainage.

Thank you for being so patient during the process this spring. Its been soooooo wet.

Stop by and check it out. We will not be closing the driveway again.

We are picking up a fresh batch of free range non-gmo fed chicken from the processor this morning. It should be ready for you later in the afternoon. We have lots of steaks, chops, burgers, sausage and more 😋. Its beautiful weather for the grill.

We had a new set of piglets born yesterday. They are doing great! There are 12 little ones in this litter. This is momma's third litter. She is a great mother and is very protective. She is not one that let's us get in and handle her babies. She has been know to get pretty vicious. 😅

These guys will have about three weeks in the barn, then its back out on pasture, for them.

We are cutting beef #834 today. Its a beautiful beef. Half is reserved for a client and the other half is heading to the display case. We still have a few quarters and halves available if you are looking for a freezer stuffer or stop by and grab any cut you want. We have a full selection of fresh, never frozen, beef and pork. We will be cutting ,fresh, chicken Friday.

We have construction going on today. Please park at the road and walk up or call in your order for curbside.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this project has caused. It will be worth it when finished. The crew is paving the drive today and it will need 48 hours to cure. We will open the driveway up Friday morning. I promise not to close the driveway again for a long time. 😁 This should be the last of it.

Thank you so much for being patient with the process. We do apologize for it being stretched out over such a long period. We look forward to having it done as much as you.

Memorial day is upon us. This is a day to reflect on the memories of those we have lost and those that made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We will never have the opportunity to thank them, buy them a drink, or shake their hand. We will honor them with memories and thoughts of their bravery and strength 💪.

The wild asparagus is looking good. I found this little patch along a sandy creek bed. Its just like farm raised, but harder to find😁. I don't get much, but its enough for a couple dinners. Its really amazing all the great stuff you can find foraging around western New York.

Tara is making salads, Joe is making burgers, Paul is cutting steaks, and Jamie is holding down the store. We are working on getting everything ready for your holiday weekend. We will be here regular hours all weekend and Monday. We are here for you. We made several flavors of burgers, potato salad, mac salad, pickled eggs and more. Costanzo's Bakery dropped off buns this week. We have you covered for you picnics.........when the rain stops.🙃
