Edwards Orchards was started by Mack Edwards In the 1980s when he developed a white "ambrosia" free stone peach. Since then we have added approximately 500 apple trees with varieties of Gala, Fuji, Mutsu, Empire, Golden Delicious and Arkansas Black. Since then family members have assisted "Dad" in managing the farm and continuing the operation. Currently, we have Developed our "HAACP" (Hazard, ana

lysis, critical, control, point) program and our quality and control system. We are in the process of developing our fresh apple cider portion of the farm and should have that up and running by next year. During the season we make our own apple pies, breads and sauces. We look forward to servicing the central valley community.
