All of our vegetables, herbs, and fruit are Certified Organic and grown right here on our farm! The farm stand is located at 12318 Springville Boston Rd, Springville, NY 14141. Your mind might be starting to turn to pumpkin spice season, but it's still summer on the farm, the time of fruiting crops like tomatoes, peppers, husk cherries, eggplants, and more! We'd love to share the late summer bounty with you throughout the month of September at the Hamburg Farmers Market, which is held on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm on the grounds of the Moose Lodge at 45 Church St in Hamburg. We're in the back of the market, across from the alpacas.

All of our produce is Certified Organic and grown on our farm in Springville. In addition to the vegetables mentioned above, we'll also have greens, celery, potatoes, onions, garlic, and so much more! We accept cash, checks, debit/credit cards, Venmo, Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupons, and Fresh Connect coupons at the farmers market.

It's so fun finally getting to watch our flowers grow up! We've been growing flower seedlings for our Seedling Sale for years, but this is our first year actually growing flowers in our farm fields. Pictured here is Sensation Blend Cosmos, tucked in between the celery and the leeks.

It's eggplant season! Our Japanese eggplant look like purple bananas. In cooking, they are similar to the more familiar Italian eggplant, but have a milder flavor and creamier texture. They're perfect for a range of uses, from eggplant parmesan to ratatouille to baba ganoush!

Honey is BAAAAACK in the farm stand! 🐝 My dad sold all of his 2025 honey over the winter. He brought us the very first of his 2026 summer honey in July, but we sold all of it before he could get more extracted. Now, he's taken most of this year's summer honey off, and it was a great harvest! He just brought us a huge delivery, with lots more available when we need it. So we should have plenty of honey available for the rest of the year!

What makes honey from Gentle Bee Honey special? My dad's beehives are located at the intersection of woods and fields outside East Aurora, giving the bees a rich and varied diet, with an array of different flowers to forage from. My dad only uses natural remedies for problems in the hive. His honey is raw (never heated abide the temperature it would reach in the hive) and unfiltered, just the way the bees make it! All of this leads to honey that customer after customer tells us is the best they've ever tasted!

Ryan's starting to dabble in flower arranging! Snag one of his bouquets tomorrow (Saturday, August 15th) at the Hamburg Farmers Market! And yes, we grew all the flowers ourselves!

We will, of course, also have our usual wide array of Certified Organic vegetables and seedlings at the Hamburg Farmers Market tomorrow. See you there!

Did you know that local strawberry season isn't over?! We grow two types of strawberries, June-bearing strawberries, which just fruit in June, and day-neutral strawberries, which produce later in the summer and into early fall, as well as in June. We usually have the most strawberries in June, since all of our plants are producing then, but this week, our day-neutral strawberries seem to be going crazy!

We hope you'll stop by our farm stand (which is self-serve and open 24/7) to grab some strawberries! While you're here, we have lots of other produce, too, like slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, greens, and so much more! And all of our produce is Certified Organic and grown on our farm.
