Garlic Croissant Pull Aparts and lots of other croissant options on the menu this week πŸ₯β€οΈ

🍦🍦Also, we've been dreaming for years about getting a soft serve machine and mayyyybe this is finally the summer to do it (the beloved VT maple creemees but NE Michigan??) We have lots of bakery made flavor ideas (we're planning to make our own base) we would love to eat but have to make sure someone's buying, obvs.

Spent some time this weekend exploring - P got his own little loupe and found lots of plants to examine and we visited the Grand Canyon of NE Michigan 🀣 aka the sinkholes north of Alpena. As usual when exploring locally we were the only people around...definitely worth checking out some of these off the beaten path sites if you're looking for some peace and quiet.

Anyway! Our new menu is online now. Preordering open through Thursday PM and pickup is Saturday 10-3pm πŸ₯β€οΈπŸ₯–

We'll have lots of shortbread, ice cream sandwich and croissant options.

Did you know croissants are a 3 day process when made traditionally? That's even longer than sourdough bread! It's a labor of love and takes many years of practice to nail down (since graduating pastry school in 2008 to be exactπŸ€ͺ)
