Turn your breakdown into a breakthrough…

If you are feeling burdened or in any way not good, you have an awesome opportunity to notice, and shift. If you have not been feeling good for a while, isn’t it worth trying to release those patterns of thoughts that are making you miserable.

So here is how you do that.
Just for a little while, let go of that negative pattern of thought (aka the thought topics you have been thinking about that bring you down) and completely shift to thinking about something that brings you joy.

Change your mood. Shake off the old by distracting yourself to something better. Go sit in a new space that feels fresh and more light. Think about something in your life that you are appreciativing and thankful for. Look at a painting you like, dance, turn on music, or go outside in nature. Call a friend who is positive! Completely change the subject or subjects in your head that are bringing you down. It is time for a more uplifting pattern. 🤩✨Take your power back!

There are so many possibilities about how you can shift to begin to feel better. It is a choice. 🦋

Yes, I know it may feel hard to do in the beginning… like anything you new you start.
You have the free will to make that positive change to live a better life.
Isn’t it time to build a new pattern of thought that uplifts you?
