When driving somewhere, you cannot take your eyes off the road. You need to stay aware, keep your focus, be aware of what's around you and make choices and decisions that get you safely where you are going. The same is true with a healthy, vibrant life. It's about changing your life and remaining aware of where you are headed. Eating well, being connected with real people who support your soul, getting active. If you want to feel good, feel vibrant and healthy, you are on a journey. You are changing the course of your life. Small steps, trivial choices add up to real change. For feeling really alive and ready to take on whatever life throws at you. Healthy eating isn't about what you can't have, it's about what you CAN have. Find your why! For us, it's about a vibrant life! If you feel like crap, find yourself getting sick, or are sick and tired of your body, make one small change. Three servings of fruit each day. Walk around the block. Listen to a mindful meditation. Add 1/4 cup nuts to your eats. Make one small change, and you'll find yourself amped up to make yet another.
