🚨 WE ARE NOT CLOSING — WE’RE GROWING!! 🚨

We’ve had a few people worried after our last post, so we wanted to clear something up…

Actually, it’s the complete opposite — we are looking to EXPAND! 🙌❤️

For the past 12 years, we’ve served our amazing customers from under our outdoor tent, and you all have helped us grow more than we ever imagined. 🥹

We’ve simply outgrown our current space!

We are looking for a larger location in the same general area that would give us more room AND some indoor space so we can:

🍉 Carry even MORE fresh produce
🥩 Expand our meats & seafood
🍯 Bring in more local goodies
🌸 Have more room for flowers & seasonal items
🛍️ Add even more fun products
❄️ Better protect our products from the heat & cold
📅 And hopefully serve you YEAR ROUND!

We aren’t going anywhere — we just want to get BIGGER & BETTER! ❤️

🏡🍓 KRYSTAL’S PRODUCE IS EXPANDING — AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT LOCATION! 🍉🌽

After 12 wonderful years serving our community under our tent, we’ve officially outgrown our current space and are ready for the next chapter. ❤️

We are looking for a building or commercial property in St. Charles or the surrounding area where we can expand our operations, improve the customer experience, and remain open year-round.

Our goal is to add a new location while staying close to the community we love. If the right opportunity is a little farther away, we may also consider relocating completely—but our first choice is to remain in or near St. Charles.

Property Requirements

We are looking for:

• Indoor retail space suitable for displaying and selling fresh produce
• Adequate square footage to accommodate expanded inventory and customer areas
• Convenient loading and delivery access
• Ample customer parking
• Strong visibility and easy accessibility
• Outdoor space preferred for seasonal displays, additional offerings, or future expansion

We are open to considering:

• Existing retail or commercial buildings
• Commercial properties for sale or lease
• Land with an existing building
• Properties requiring renovation or improvements
• Opportunities that have not yet been publicly listed

Our goal is to create a permanent home where we can protect our produce from the weather, expand our offerings, provide a better shopping experience, and continue serving the community we love for years to come.
