1. Meatloaf, Broccoli and Baked Potato (sour cream) $16 *GF

2. Grass Fed Beef, Rigatoni with broccoli (homemade red sauce, parm) $16

3. Chicken Risotto, Broccoli (parmesan, lemon) $16

4. Wild Caught Cod Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes (butter, lemon) $16 *GF

5. Chicken Tacos (lettuce, sour cream, tomato, onion, cheddar) $16

6. Chicken Fajita Bowl (brown rice, bell pepper, onion, black beans, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro) $16 *GF

7. Chicken Quesadilla (bell peppers, onions, sour cream, salsa) $16

*GF = Gluten Free

Please place orders for Tuesday 9/6 (delivery or porch pickup), Thursday 9/8 (delivery or porch pickup).

Message me to place your order. I offer delivery or porch pickup for cold prepped meals that you can warm up (microwave) on your own [Tues-Thurs 7pm-8:30pm.] If buy 5, you get 1 free. Delivery is $6.
