Roasted cauliflower and creamy butter beans blended with fresh garlic, lemon juice and tahini served with mild harissa, carrot, celery, cucumber and soft pretzel!

I'm getting ready to add April, May, June, etc to our schedule. Any requests? I'm adding Panera to my list..../ but don't know when to schedule...perhaps fall? Last time I scheduled a not yet open restaurant, it was Cruisers that never opened🤔🤔...so we'll see. Any place that you know of...let me know soon...S
