Baby Update. We had 17 babies born ten days ago. I’m happy to report after growth and loss we have 3 Californians, 3 White Rex, and 4 Castor Rex. I’ve learned that the large litter that our Californian had was not maintainable, and next time we will foster some.

This is Carrie every year. After the past several years of buying and planting we will let the ground rest for the season. Next year we will focus on travel, family, our animals, and not growing weeds.

Today’s project. Replacing the floors and wire walls on a Flemish coop. This was quite an endeavor as we built these 6 years ago not realizing that we would end showing and breeding Flemish Giants. I have 3 more coops to replace over the next couple days. These post fair projects must be done before fall hits. Thank you to Plank Cage and Supply for getting us the flooring.
