Bove’s Freeza Pizza Unusually high quality frozen craft pizzas.

About our dough: we use the finest flours which are both domestic & imported from Italy, non-bromated & non-bleached: meaning zero chemical additives (unlike most frozen pizzas), handcrafted by one pizzaiolo, extra high hydration (for a higher quality re-cook), and is fermented with a wild organic yeast (for at least 48 hours) which creates natural beneficial microbes that make the resulting crust more easily digestible.
