#1 requested recipe for Grandie sleepovers… Pancakes — or “Papa’s Pancakes” to be exact! 🥞💛

I hate to think how many batches we’ve made over the years 😆 Plain, blueberry, chocolate chip, buckwheat, pink heart pancakes, Mickey pancakes, banana & ricotta pancakes… we’ve truly done it all!
But most of the time, we keep it simple, adding frozen blueberries and serving them with fresh strawberries, banana, and of course, plenty of maple syrup 🍓🍌🍁

Years ago, we bought tiny maple syrup jars while visiting Canada, and they’ve become a Grandie tradition. They’re the perfect size for little hands, so we refill them every time and let the kids pour their own syrup, which they absolutely LOVE 😍

One of the best parts? The kids always help Papa make them in our Thermomix, and we love knowing exactly what’s in them, no unnecessary additives or preservatives.

If you haven’t tried making pancakes in your Thermomix yet, you’re seriously missing out! Less than 5 minutes to make with simple ingredients you probably already have in your fridge and pantry 🙌🥞

I love making smoothies in my Thermomix®, especially when we’re on vacation! ☀️🍍
Most of the time, I don’t even follow a recipe (although there are SO many delicious smoothie and juice recipes in Cookidoo® 😉). Today’s creation was a mix of apple, pineapple, ginger, raspberries, banana, spinach leaves, and water - fresh, simple, and packed with goodness!
I used manual mode:
✨ Turbo x1 for 2 seconds
✨ Then blended for 30 seconds on speed 8

Quick, easy, and so refreshing!
