Better late than never to wish you all a Happy 2025! Last year, I didn’t bake as much as I wanted to, but I still managed to try out some new recipes: crème brûlée, donuts, panettone, a new mousse cake, and a new orange/coffee tiramisu, to name a few.

Wishing you all warmth in your hearts and homes, and may your loved ones be with you.

Yes, I have many years of learning, practice and baking. But I am not afraid to admit, there is still room to grow. That is why I started an online course on wedding cakes - believe or not, that's the scariest thing for me.
I wish for my self not only to watch this videos and get another check mark on the list of accomplishments, but also to apply this knowledge in real life.
