All the rain we've had has sent the grass into overdrive, and the pastures have never looked better. We're talking chest-high, thick, green grazing heaven.

Honestly, it's gotten to the point where we're doing a headcount when moving the cows just to make sure no one has disappeared into the grass entirely. We'll let you know if we find them all. 🐮🌾

We see a recovery plan.

Every time cattle leave a paddock, the real work begins. By allowing grasses adequate time to rest before being grazed again, plants can rebuild root reserves, capture more sunlight, and produce more forage.

At SMP, our focus isn’t simply on feeding cattle—it’s on growing healthy, resilient pasture.

The benefits of proper recovery include:
