Started the day with the removal of some construction materials from a house in kirkwood. It is so nice when we can back the truck up to the pile and load up fast. I Had no problem giving a little discount to the customer for making it easy.

Here is one good reason to work at selling some of the items we get from people. Because we sell items very inexpensively, many people are able to get some things they normally wouldn't be able to get. Just like this young kid we helped out

Today was a great day at the Flea Market. Not because of the items we sold, or the people we meet. Not because we gave things to people who we thought needed a break. It was a great day because I got to spend another day with my brother, building our business and working to make Bales Junk Removal the #1 junk removal business in St. Louis and beyond.

Its only 10:00 a.m and we already picked up a fridge in St. Charles, sold a baby crib, mattress set and two cabinets.

Doing the work, although not easy at all, brings excitement. One of our biggest challenges is spreading this excitement to others. Telling others, sharing our business ideas and how we can help others. Knowing who our customers are and getting to them to introduce our business. Our goal is to create "JUNKaMANIA". An excitement and feeling about the world of junk.

I am ready mike. No worries. Two full loads of junk, a load of construction debris and a property clean up, all that before 6:30 p.m. I cant wait for tomorrow. I Love being a Junkman.

We've got a busy week this week ending up with another flea market trip to Wentzville on Sunday. This week we'll do some more recycling and lots of reusing of the many things we have already collected and will collect. I hope Bill is ready to go.

Worked this week for a former channel 11 weather person. We cleaned out her basement of the things she wasn't taking with her to her new home. Some old tool boxes, old leather bound books, and other cool items we are able to save. Picked up a big water heater from "Pi" the restaraunt in Kirkwood and lots more tree limbs and brush as a result of the storms several weeks ago.

Finally started selling some of the hundreds of items we have stored in our shop and storage unit. We've sold some tools, a large ladder, a futon, two chairs and some knick knacks. So far, all has been sold from Craigslist. Stay tuned, Saturday is the Pevely Flea Market. We're loaded up and ready to go. More to come with photos.
