3-INGREDIENT STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 🍓🍨

The perfect summer dessert!

You’ll need:
3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup raw honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, freeze until solid (at least 4 hours), scoop and enjoy! 💕

The quickest yummiest 4 ingredient banana crepes! These are perfect to eat on their own or you can stuff these with a number of things, berries, peanut butter, honey, greek yoghurt, chocolate spread. The options are endless!

Ingredients:
- 2 large bananas
- 2 US cups plain flour (250g)
- 2 US cups milk of choice (500ml)
- 2tbsp of olive oil or oil of choice

Method:
- blend these all together
- on a low medium flame butter your pan and pour 1/2 cup of batter onto your pan and quickly tilt the pan to cover the surface well.
- flip after 1-2 mins or until the bottom is golden brown

Enjoy!
- this batter makes approx 10 crepes
- If there’s gaps in the crepe on the pan, just add a small blob of batter to cover the gap
- cook on low medium & don’t get tempted to cook on high

How to make it:

1. Poke holes in a potato and microwave for 5 mins.
2. Slice into 3-4 pieces lengthwise.
3. Put 1 piece in the waffle maker with bacon between two piles of cheddar.
4. Take it out & enjoy!

Btw.. for everyone saying that this isn’t keto. You are right! But when I take breaks from low carb, I primarily go for things like potatoes, rice & fruit instead of junk food to avoid overeating and gaining any weight back 👍

Chocolate milk overnight oats 🥛🍫

𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨:

- 3/4 cup chocolate milk (of choice)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder (optional)

𝙏𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝:

- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil (or any neutral oil)

𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:

1. Mix chocolate milk, oats, chia seeds, salt, and protein powder in a jar or bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals stirring until smooth.
4. Stir the oats, add toppings, and drizzle the melted chocolate on top.
5. Let the chocolate harden, crack with a spoon, and enjoy!

This date bark is ADDICTIVE. I’ve already made this about 10 times. It’s chewy, crunchy, nutty, and just INCREDIBLE. ⁣

The recipe is also really versatile, you can use any nut you fancy, or swap the peanut butter for tahini. The options are endless.⁣

INGREDIENTS ⁣

▪️10 dates, sliced in half ⁣
▪️3 tbsp peanut butter⁣
▪️125g of chocolate ⁣
▪️1/4 cup of pistachios or any nut you like⁣

METHOD⁣

▪️Slice your dates in half⁣
▪️Spread them all on a baking sheet ⁣
▪️With a back of a glass, flatten the dates so they all join together⁣
▪️Spread the peanut butter on top and then the melted chocolate⁣
▪️Sprinkle on the chopped pistachios ⁣
▪️Freeze for 1 hour or until set ⁣
