The Civil Life hosts a cozy, two-level indoor pub with seating for 80, as well as an expansive outdoor beer garden shaded by sturdy umbrellas, packed with plenty of seating, and surrounded by well-manicured flora. We focus on sessionable, malt-driven beers (including an occasional well-balanced IPA), and have earned a reputation for brewing solid examples of the world's most respected beer styles—

producing around 3200 bbls annually. Bottles of wine and 6-packs of our beer are also available to-go. Our brand-new kitchen and recently updated menu complement the high standards we strive for in our brewing, while our friendly staff works diligently to make your pub stay enjoyable. And remember to look for us on draft at your local watering hole, or in cans at your local retailer.

It's baking hot outside so let us do some of your cooking this weekend. No need to heat up your kitchen, come see us and heat up ours! Of course we'd recommend finishing with one of our adult frozen drinks (Blossoms of Peace Yuzu Sake or our Dragonfruit Cherry Margarita) or our delicious Extra Stout Beer Ice Cream Float (NA Rootbeer Float is available too) or get our Sprinkle covered Scoop of Ice Cream with Dad's cookie or better yet enjoy a Strawberry or Blueberry Lemonade! Wow. It's been a great show for the World Cup and the ole Civil Life has learned a lot along the way. We had our best June ever and are on pace for our best July ever!!! We also learned if the US is playing, we need a separate plan. Which we finally came up with in the last match so 4 years from now, we will so be ready. A huge thank you to all the regulars and all the many new people who caught a match at the ole Civil Life! We hope you'll give us a try throughout the year. A huge thanks again to the greatest Soccer Bar on earth Amsterdam Tavern who has supplied Tower Grove South with more thirsty soccer fans than even they can handle at their incredible location. Cheers!!!!
