​We took a whole pork loin, removed the back ribs for country-style ribs, then filleted, seasoned, rolled, and skewered the boneless loin meat to create these Pork Lollys!
​They’re tender, packed with flavor, and super easy to cook—just toss them on the grill or bake them in the oven at 375°F for 18–22 minutes.
