Noah Kahan is coming to Busch Stadium this Sunday, and we're incredibly honored to be featured in the official Detour Guide by Kahan HQ Thank you to Noah and his team for highlighting local businesses across St. Louis ❤️

To celebrate, we're featuring two special menu items this weekend only (Friday–Sunday).

Great Divide Kaiserschmarren- A traditional Austrian dessert caramelized to golden perfection and finished with powdered sugar. Served with Apple mousse, 100% pure Vermont maple syrup and made for sharing. Available for a minimum of two guests. Please allow an extra 20 minutes- we prepare every order fresh, just as it's traditionally done in Europe.

End of August Spritz- A refreshing take on the classic Hugo Spritz with elderflower syrup, sparkling wine, fresh mint, and a splash of soda water. Crisp, floral, and made for lingering summer evenings.

Without John, there would be no Great Heart. He pours his whole heart into everything he does- from brewing every beer with care to fixing whatever needs fixing and perfecting every little detail… the list goes on. But what he’s most passionate about is bringing an authentic Bavarian bierhall experience to St. Louis and making everyone who walks through our doors feel like family ♥️

We’ll be here celebrating all day. Stop by for a beer, wish him a happy birthday, or simply say hello! 🎈

🌿 From Our Family Farm to Your Table 🐄

Long before Great Heart opened its doors, we were brewing beer, baking bread, and developing recipes at our family farm in Hermann, Missouri: Heart 6 Ranch.

Heart 6 is more than a farm. It's where our family gathers, where animals roam freely across rolling pastures, and where many of the ideas that became Great Heart first came to life.

From day one, we've believed that great food and beer start with great ingredients. We carefully source our brewing ingredients from trusted maltsters and hop growers, and in our kitchen, we focus on simple, high-quality ingredients we can stand behind.

Today, we're excited to take that commitment one step further.

We're now sourcing beef directly from our family's farm. Raised on hundreds of acres, our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished, allowing us to bring some of the freshest, highest-quality beef possible straight from our farm to your plate.

To celebrate, we're featuring special dishes this week made with Heart 6 Ranch beef. This week we offer Sauerbraten.

This project has been years in the making, and we're incredibly proud to share it with you. Big shout out to Matt, Morgan and Stephen who made this happen.

Thank you for supporting local agriculture, family farming, and our vision of bringing exceptional food and beer to our community.
