Something truly special tonight with Sake Samurai Monica Samuels conducting a sake seminar. What’s a Sake Samurai you ask? Think of it as a Master Somm of sake. There are fewer than 100 people with this title roaming the globe and they have to be nominated by sake brewers in Japan..

Yes, you have plans after work today - hanging out with Michelle Schromm, General Manager of the brilliant Raen w**ery! Raen was founded by Carlo and Dante Mondavi (yes, that Mondavi family) with a laser focus on sustainability and respect for the land. Also, sure, the w**es are pretty good too. We kid, they are AMAZING! A must for all you pinot drinkers. Not a fan of pinot? Well, we’ll also have Continuum on hand from the family’s Napa w**es. $15, light snacks, 5:45-6:45.

We have a TON going on this week! No matter what you like to drink, we’ve got a little something for you.

Tomorrow we have Michelle Schromm, General Manager of the incredible Raen W**ery for all you pinot and chardonnay drinkers. $15/person, starts at 5:45, drop in whenever!

Thursday we have Sake Samurai (think Master Somm of sake), Monica Samuels for a sake seminar. This starts at 5:45 sharp, runs until 6:45 and is a class format w/ cheese pairings. Cost is $25, but will be refunded towards the purchase of any two bottles of sake featured in the class. This is a truly rare opportunity!

Friday is for all you cab drinkers. Jason will be teaching a class comparing old and new world cabs and Bordeaux blends. If you like ‘em big and bold, this is for you! $40/ person 6pm-7:30pm

And finally, Saturday we’ll be tasting one of our favorites out of Oregon, Maysara. They have some of our favorite pinot noir, but also fantastic pinot gris and pinot blanc! We didn’t forget the white w**e drinkers out there. Noon-4:00 as usual!
