-We guarantee that all bunnies leaving our care are all healthy to the best of my knowledge. We are NOT responsible for any improper care of the bunny after he/she leaves our care.
- We are not responsible for any vet costs.

have the right to cancel or refuse a sale, if a deposit has been paid after WE decide to cancel the sale that is the only time a deposit will be returned!
-pedigrees are offered when available with additional charge.
-Please bring your own carrier on pick up.
-We accept cash, Venmo, and Cashapp.
- We will answer any questions you may have to the best of our knowledge.
-You cannot change the prefix and it must remain on the pedigree as is!
- Sexing animals at a young age can be difficult. Sometime we tell the wrong s*x by mistake. Please keep that in mind when you purchase a young animal. We do check several times and try to be as accurate as possible. But a mistake can happen!
-If for any reason you are unable to keep any of our babies they must be returned to me without refund.
