Bring festive Cinco de Mayo energy to your accounts with the Palomita Mateus, a vibrant, citrus-driven cocktail featuring Mateus Dry Selection Rosé. It’s fresh, festive, and built for warmer weather.

🍹 Palomita Mateus
2 oz Mateus Rosé Dry
2 oz Vodka
1¾ oz fresh grapefruit juice
¼ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz agave syrup
grapefruit zest
grapefruit wedge

Build:
Half salt rim your glass. Shake all ingredients (except the rosé) with ice, then strain over fresh ice. Top with Mateus, give a gentle stir, and finish with expressed grapefruit zest + a fresh wedge.
