As an environmental scientist, Colleen Adams always wanted to become a beekeeper. She knew that keeping bees would not only be a fun learning experience but would benefit the local environment around her. It wasn’t until she teamed up with her uncle that her dream came true! A & S Honey now operates four hives in Stamford, CT which produces approximately 100+ pounds of honey a year! What makes A & S Honey different from others, is that we like to mix things up! At A & S Honey, each hive is harvested a little differently!
•Flow Hive – In this hive, honey is harvested with the turn of a key! Instead of beer on tap, it’s honey on tap!
•Hoggs Half Comb – In this hive, honey is harvested in the form of honeycombs!
•Traditional - In this hive, honey is extracted and filtered from wax! At A & S Honey, the honey you receive is not mixed with other honey from all over the world. The honey is harvested and bottled right here in Stamford, CT. A & S Honey is guaranteed to sweeten your day!
