Nothing says summer quite like a homemade pie 🍰
From fruity classics to cool and creamy favorites, these Summer Pies are perfect for warm-weather gatherings and sweet afternoon treats. Just add a fork and enjoy!
Ingredients
🍰 Custard
1 unbaked pie crust
1 cup sugar
6 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups whole milk, room temperature
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg, garnish
🍰 Lemonade
8 ounces full fat cream cheese, softened
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
½ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 teaspoon pure lemon extract
3.4 ounces lemon flavored instant pudding mix
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
9 ounces premade graham cracker crust
🍰 Strawberry Jello
1 cup ice cold water
⅔ cup boiling water
3 ounces Jello Strawberry Flavor
16 ounces Cool Whip
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust, 9-inch
🍰 Coconut Cream
1 pre-made graham cracker crust (6-ounce/9-inch)
⅓ cup sweetened shredded coconut
6.8 ounces coconut cream instant pudding packets
2 cups whole milk, very cold
1½ teaspoons coconut extract
8 ounces extra creamy Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed and divided in half
🍰 Pistachio
6 ounce pre-made graham cracker crust (9 inch)
3.4 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup whole milk
8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 cup marshmallow fluff
8 ounces extra creamy Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed and divided
½ cup lightly salted pistachio nuts, finely chopped

3.9 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
7 ounces marshmallow fluff
8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
