Headquarters Land & Livestock, LLC Our mission is to raise and produce high quality American Wagyu beef Headquarters was established at The Hoopsnake Ranch in 2020 by Rafe Quest and Nancy Hopper.

The Hoopsnake Ranch was founded by The Hoppers over 40 years ago. Since then, they have built a strong infrastructure and a legacy for Headquarters to uphold. We have some of the hardest working cowboys who truly have a passion for what they do. We take pride in our beef and wish to share it with folks all over Texas. Our mission is to raise and produce high quality beef and to raise healthy cattle.

Headquarters Land & Livestock is currently seeking lease pasture or farmland for cattle grazing within a 50-mile radius of Stanton, TX. We are open to traveling further for the right opportunity.

Steak nights are BACK! Join us on February 13th for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner with that special someone❤️

Dinner will consist of a beer bread appetizer, house salad, your choice of steak, baked potato, bacon wrapped asparagus, and Dubai chocolate covered strawberries or a slice of cheesecake for dessert.

You can also buy a bottle of Hoopsnake Ranch Vineyard or our selection of Perisos Vineyard wines that pair perfectly with the rich flavors of our Wagyu beef. 🥩 🍷
