As we headed into Christmas season not knowing what we were going to face through this cancer journey, I am reminded that no matter what HE still came. We won't be at Christmas eve service at church, but HE still came. We are hopeful to gather with our large family on Saturday, even if some are missing, but HE still came. I am joyful because each step in this journey has seen answered prayers. The most recent is the PET scan shows zero movement of the cancer. We celebrate the birth of our savior knowing HE came. Emmanuel, God with us. Merry Christmas!
