We have very limited beef available this year due to our switch from purchasing calves to a cow/calf operation. We have only 2 quarters available this year that have not been spoken for. Please contact us ASAP if you are interested in these. The cattle are being delivered to the processor on July 7, so they should be in your freezer within a couple of weeks. The price is $4.75/lb, and you pay the processing fee.

We have several grass-fed beef available for our September 7 slaughter date. The cost is $4.25 a pound hanging weight and the buyer pays for the processing. The minimum order is a quarter cow. Message us to reserve yours today or feel free to reach out with any questions or for more information.

We have 2 beef available in late December or early January. $4.50/ # hanging weight plus processing fees to butcher.
We have limited supply this fall as we are retaining 5 heifers that have been bred to calve next spring. We are starting to raise our own calves as the farm dispersed where we had been obtaining the Angus cross calves.

We will have additional beef available in the Spring and Fall of 2024.

Are you interested in yummy pasture raised chicken? We have a few spots available for anyone who would like to buy some this year.
Specifics: Mid August we will call and let you know your whole, processed bird is ready for pick up. Processed chickens range from between 6 and 8 lbs. Price is $17.00 per bird. Please let us know that you are interested by April 30.
