The first "hedging" of the vines this year. Pruning away the non-essential leaves and shoots helps provide better nutrients to the actual grapes -- which is after all what produces the wine.

Ira Harmon, MS, CMS, is a highly respected Master Sommelier in Las Vegas, recognized as a "wine legend." He made history in 1993 by becoming one of the first Americans to earn the prestigious Master Sommelier title!

Currently with Atlantis Bevco Distributors, we are pleased that Mr. Harmon has found a unique flavor profile in our award winning Sylvaner white wine, "it goes great with eggs!'
Now that we are producing our first red wines, I'm sure Mr. Harmon will find those same qualities in our Cabernet Dorsa! We are excited!
