Sasquatch Subs was built on a simple idea: serve great food, treat people like family, and create a place our community can call its own. Founded by husband-and-wife team Brad and Trista, Sasquatch Subs grew from a kitchen-table dream into a local sub shop rooted in hard work, family values, and heart. Our family has been part of this community for generations, and this is our way of giving back.

From hearty subs and homemade soups to Trista’s in-house lefse, everything we serve is made with intention — no shortcuts, just comforting food done right. Our mission is to provide high-quality food in a welcoming space where everyone belongs. At Sasquatch Subs, you’re not just a customer — you’re part of the Sasquatch family.

Sasquatch Family, we’ll be open tomorrow or until sold out!
Since we’ll be closed all next week for our annual family camping trip, we wanted to make sure nothing goes to waste. We slice all of our own meats, cook our chicken and prep fresh veggies fresh daily, so rather than let good food sit, we’d rather feed our community.
Swing by, grab your favorites, and help us clean out the coolers before we head off the grid for a week with family. We appreciate your support more than you know, and we’ll see you again rested and ready when we return! 🏕️

Sasquatch Family,
We wanted to give everyone a heads up that we will be closed June 22nd–28th for our annual off-the-grid family camping trip.
As we share this photo of the old timers who started it all, we're reminded just how special this tradition is. Trista’s family has been gathering for this trip for more than 50 years, and generations later we're blessed to still carry it on. The stories, laughter, and memories made around camp are gifts that have been passed down by those who came before us.
Being family owned and operated means finding balance between serving our community and preserving the traditions that make us who we are. We are incredibly thankful for your continued support and encouragement, which allows us to do both.
Thank you for understanding while we unplug, recharge, and spend time with the people who matter most. We'll be back rested, refreshed, and ready to get back to doing what we love.
We'll reopen Monday, June 29th.

Did You Know?

Sasquatch Subs isn’t a chain or a big corporation. We’re a family-owned shop built around the same values we try to live every day: community, good food, and taking care of people.

Brad is usually behind the grill making sure every sandwich is done right, while Trista keeps things lively and makes everyone feel like family. And lately, our daughter Teanna has been stepping up in a big way. ❤️

Many of you remember her as the little girl, but these days she’s taking over the grill, learning the business, and becoming an important part of what Sasquatch Subs is all about. Watching her grow into a hardworking young woman and seeing her passion for serving our community has made us incredibly proud. Nothing means more to us than seeing the next generation carrying on what we’ve built together.

We make our sauces, dream up new specials, and create those crazy Hidden Subs right here because we love bringing something fun and different to our little corner of the PNW.

Okay, Sasquatch family… this week's Hidden Sub announcement came a little later than usual because, honestly, we couldn't agree. 😂
Brad was ready to try something new, Trista kept reminding him how many people have been asking for one particular favorite, and of course Teanna made sure everyone knew exactly what her vote was. In true Sasquatch fashion, family dinner conversations turned into menu meetings, and the people have spoken…
✨ The Tuscan Chicken is back! ✨
Over the last month we've had so many of you asking for its return, and we couldn't ignore the demand any longer.
Loaded with grilled chicken, melted provolone, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and our creamy garlic parmesan sauce, all served on a toasted bun with Brads signature pat
, this one has become a fan favorite for a reason.
One thing we've learned running a family business is that some decisions are made around the prep table, some around the dinner table, and sometimes our daughter Teanna gets the final vote. ❤️

The finish line is here, Stanwood Class of 2026!

From early mornings and late-night homework to Friday night lights, school events, and everything in between, you've made it. We know this community has watched many of you grow up, and we're proud to celebrate this milestone with you.

It's going to be a hot one today, Sasquatch Family! 🔥☀️
No need to heat up the kitchen today let us take care of lunch or dinner!
If you've been to the shop, you know the routine:
Trista is up front talking with everyone, making friends, and somehow keeping the whole place running.
Brad is in the back cooking, creating specials, and trying to figure out how Trista still has more stories to tell.
And later...
Teanna will be in the mix too, which raises the age-old Sasquatch Subs question:
Does she get her gift of talking from Trista, or her love of food from Brad?

Hi Sasquatch family! We will be closing early today at 4pm and will also be closed Monday for Memorial Day.
Memorial Day means a lot to our family. While we’re incredibly grateful for the extra time together, we also want to take a moment to recognize what this weekend is truly about — honoring and remembering the men and women who gave their lives serving our country and protecting the freedoms we get to enjoy every day. Their sacrifice is not lost on us. 🇺🇸
Running a family business means wearing a lot of hats, and sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down, be present with our kids, and appreciate the people around us. This weekend feels especially important for that reason.
Thank you all so much for your continued support, patience, and love for our little sandwich shop family. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend filled with family, reflection, and maybe a little good food too.
