Sasquatch Subs was built on a simple idea: serve great food, treat people like family, and create a place our community can call its own. Founded by husband-and-wife team Brad and Trista, Sasquatch Subs grew from a kitchen-table dream into a local sub shop rooted in hard work, family values, and heart. Our family has been part of this community for generations, and this is our way of giving back.

From hearty subs and homemade soups to Trista’s in-house lefse, everything we serve is made with intention — no shortcuts, just comforting food done right. Our mission is to provide high-quality food in a welcoming space where everyone belongs. At Sasquatch Subs, you’re not just a customer — you’re part of the Sasquatch family.

It's going to be a hot one today, Sasquatch Family! 🔥☀️
No need to heat up the kitchen today let us take care of lunch or dinner!
If you've been to the shop, you know the routine:
Trista is up front talking with everyone, making friends, and somehow keeping the whole place running.
Brad is in the back cooking, creating specials, and trying to figure out how Trista still has more stories to tell.
And later...
Teanna will be in the mix too, which raises the age-old Sasquatch Subs question:
Does she get her gift of talking from Trista, or her love of food from Brad?

Hi Sasquatch family! We will be closing early today at 4pm and will also be closed Monday for Memorial Day.
Memorial Day means a lot to our family. While we’re incredibly grateful for the extra time together, we also want to take a moment to recognize what this weekend is truly about — honoring and remembering the men and women who gave their lives serving our country and protecting the freedoms we get to enjoy every day. Their sacrifice is not lost on us. 🇺🇸
Running a family business means wearing a lot of hats, and sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down, be present with our kids, and appreciate the people around us. This weekend feels especially important for that reason.
Thank you all so much for your continued support, patience, and love for our little sandwich shop family. We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend filled with family, reflection, and maybe a little good food too.

Hey friends, we have to close early today and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
One of the beautiful — and sometimes challenging — parts of being family owned and operated is that life happens behind the counter too. We wear a lot of hats around here, and today our family needs us for a bit.
We never take your support for granted and we hate letting people down, especially those who made the trip out for a sandwich fix. Thank you for always giving us grace, supporting small business, and being part of this weird little Sasquatch family we’ve built together.
We’ll be back at it soon, rested up and ready to feed you all the good stuff. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day from our Sasquatch family to yours. ❤️
Today we celebrate all the amazing moms who love hard, work harder, and somehow keep the world turning while making it look easy(ish). From packed lunches to late night talks to being the glue that holds families together… moms are real life superheroes.
A special Mother’s Day shoutout to some very important women in our Sasquatch family — Kathy, Linda, Evelyn, and Trista. Thank you for the love, strength, wisdom, support, and chaos control you pour into your families, this community, and everyone lucky enough to know you. Sasquatch Subs is built on family, and you four are a huge part of that heart. ❤️
And to all the moms in our community — the business owners, caregivers, bonus moms, grandma moms, dog moms, and exhausted moms surviving on caffeine and pure determination… today is for YOU.
