It has been a difficult decision that we have not taken lightly to close The Flying Kolache Bakery as of Saturday April 15th, 2023 .

We have loved greeting customers and having the sweet smells of the baked goods drift out the door with each person who walked in.

We will be seeking a commercial kitchen to resume baking our Czech pastries, Artesian Breads and Rolls, Cookies, and Cinnamon Rolls.

We will keep you updated when we turn on the ovens again to bring you our unique products at https://theflyingkolache.com/.

We will also resume catering orders and deliveries from the commercial kitchen when the location is selected.

Over this year and 1/2 Harvey and I have enjoyed the relationships
we have established in the Stanwood and surrounding communities.

To say "thank you" all of our customers and employees whose support and loyalty has kept us going could never fully convey how truly grateful for the love you have shown us and our work. I do not know any other words that would do justice to the gratitude that fills our hearts even during this sad time.
