LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES - WE’RE PAM, JAMIE & JAMIE III (Tripp) ! ❤️
If you’re new around here, we wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves and share a little bit about how Legendary Livestock & Legendary Market came to be.
In 2021, we took a leap of faith and started Legendary Livestock. What began as a simple dream has grown into a life we truly love - raising quality cattle, producing our own food, and building something we can be proud of.
We’ve learned firsthand how important it is to understand where your food comes from and how it’s raised. That’s a huge part of why we do what we do.
At Legendary Livestock, we believe good food starts with good care - open pastures, healthy animals, quality feed, and a whole lot of hard work. It isn’t always easy, but it’s honest, and we take a lot of pride in doing things the right way.
Over the years, we started offering our beef, pork, and chicken by the ¼, ½, or whole animal. But we realized that buying that much meat at once simply isn’t financially realistic for every family.
That’s where Legendary Market came in.
We officially opened our farm store in July 2025. We had this building built, jumped through what felt like a million hoops with the county to get licensed, and worked hard to create a place where our community could purchase our homegrown beef, pork, chicken and lamb by the package.
This was something that was really important to me. I wanted to make the food we work so hard to raise accessible to more families - not just those who can afford to purchase an entire animal at once.
I’m the owner/operator of Legendary Market, so you’ll primarily see me, Pam, running the store. Jamie definitely helps behind the scenes, but he also owns and operates Ground Breaking Excavating, so he stays plenty busy with that!
Then, in November, life threw us another big adventure when we welcomed our baby, Jamie III - better known as Tripp into the world. ❤️ We had to temporarily close the market while I recovered and adjusted to life as a new mom, but as soon as I was back on my feet, we opened our doors again.
And we are SO thankful we did.
Since reopening, we’ve been lucky enough to meet so many new people, make connections throughout our community, and even gain regular customers who have become familiar faces every time they walk through our doors. 🥹
We’re still growing. We’re still learning. We’re still figuring things out as we go.
But at the heart of it all, we’re just a small family trying to build something meaningful while raising quality, honest food for our community.
