We are almost done butchering for the season! Which means you still have a chance to fill your freezer with some of the best broiler chicken around.

We are located near Staples Minnesota and our birds are pasture raised in large paddocks in a holistic and regenerative way; which is different than just on pasture and in chicken tractors as they are outside and roaming.

If you are looking for specific cuts of pasture-raised broilers beyond the normal whole birds and 8 piece cut up packages let us know. We can do special orders of specific cuts. Breasts w/skin & bone on or boneless and skinless, wings, legs/drummies, thighs, soup packs (backs and necks), etc. We also have large quantities of chicken feet, gizzards, heart, and liver. Just let us know soon.

We are packaging some birds tonight as we butchered this morning and will do one more final butcher either tomorrow or a week or so from now.

Kleinschmidt Farms Customers. Just letting you know our second batch of broilers will be butchered Monday. They should be between 4-5 lbs. We do have first batch birds also available frozen and are larger at between 6-8 lbs. as well. They can be purchased off the farm fresh for a $0.75 lb. discount if you buy them before we have to freeze them or if you order ten or more chickens. The cost is $5.75 lb. whole chicken or $6.50 lb. cut up. These are KF 💯 Pasture-raised with clover, grass, and forbs pasture managed regeneratively. The birds have plenty of sun and insects and forage to augment their diet. KF surpasses most other local and pasture-raised broilers as they have 1600 sq. ft. of electric poultry netting fence paddocks and are moved daily with two layers of predator protection. They aren't kept inside movable coops or chicken tractors during the day and are fed a Non GMO feed that also has some of our own farms oats and peas in it. We use no chemicals or hormones in our production system either. We spend considerably more time managing these birds and trying to raise top quality chicken. We feed our own family these same birds and want you to experience some of the best from KF. Let us know if you want some birds, and pass this onto others that would maybe be interested.

Where do you get your beef!

See skit below for a general overview of consumer concerns and education. I am not claiming it is 💯 but if you buy your beef from a local farmer you also know it is from one animal and not thousands. Plus you know how it was raised.

If you buy Kleinschmidt Farms 💯 Grass-fed and finished beef you also know we don't use hormones, pesticides, and chemicals on our land or cattle. We raise them on an intensive rotational grazing system that is holistic and regenerative.
