Update on TBT Starkville (now Deep South Market - Starkville).

We've been searching diligently to find our next home. Unfortunately, the market in the area is just out in left field for what is financially achievable for a small business to survive.
The latest building I inquired about for example...... $4000/month + insurance + taxes, 3% increase annually for 3 years. Option to renew at $5000/month after 3 years. Im all ears if someone can make that make sense.

And, Ive found zero buildings anywhere near what the economics allow for this type of business.

If anybody knows of anything Im all ears. Until then, Deep South Market will keep expanding in economically feasible areas in North MS!
