The deposit shall equal 50% of the total balance if over $50 and is required to reserve the order. The deposit is non-refundable and shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Payment for the remaining balance, if any, is due at pickup. Payment Methods: Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle or Square. (Cash only for remaining balance if any)
Release of Liability: Muffalicious Treats shall not assume any
responsibility for any other persons acts regarding your treats or any property damage or injury that occurs because of our services. Muffalicious Treats shall have no responsibility for the condition of your treats once picked up or delivered. Muffalicious Treats will do our best to replicate and create your selected design as closely as possible. User of photographs: Muffalicious Treats reserves the right to photograph your treats for our own reference, display or promotional advertising with compensation to you. Pickup/Delivery: There is a delivery fee of $10 within 15 miles. $20 for 15+. The client may pick up order from designated location that will be provide before pickup. The client assumes liability once it passes into the client’s possession. If client picks up the order, Muffalicious Treats no longer assumes any responsibility for damage caused to it. Allergy and Dietary warnings: Muffalicious Treats baked goods may have come in contact with the following ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts, natural dyes, artificial dyes, artificial flavorings, sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial coloring & other allergens not listed. The client is responsible for pointing out to guest’s potential allergy hazards. Designs: Muffalicious Treats will follow the clients requests closely to create the exact treat designed desired. We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another treat maker’s work but will ensure the look is similar. Feel free to include any pictures or sketched designs. Minimum of 2 weeks advance notice for themed treats. Any later will result in rush fee being added for $25. Your treats are very important to us. Please carefully look over the event & treat details in the contract to make sure that everything is correct. Please let us know immediately of any mistakes.
