Locally sourced cattle by Sanders Cattle Company and finished by Mid America in Ohiowa, NE and Turns into USDA inspected beef that is unbelievably tender, moist and tasty. The beef has an almost buttery aroma as it comes from the package and the color is a natural deep red. We do not gas our beef with carbon monoxide and our beef maintains quality in your freezer.

When you purchase beef from our company, your showing loyalty to family owned small businesses with a passion to produce a safe memorable product that your family will want to enjoy over and over again.

We source our cattle from local sale barns through E4 Cattle company in Okolona, MS. E4 has been in business for over 100 years. All the cattle we purchase are predominately Angus cattle raised within 120 miles of Starkville, MS.
