When the thermostat at The Linden Guild Marketplace hit 79° today, I knew we needed help fast!

I called Beacon Heating & Air at 12:53 PM, and technician Thomas Franklin arrived at 2:40 PM. He quickly diagnosed the issue, charged the unit, and had us cooling back down by 3:30 PM.

I am telling you, there is nothing like polite, professional service that doesn’t break the bank. Thomas was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and had us back in business in no time.

As a small business owner, I greatly appreciate companies that understand the importance of prompt service and taking care of their customers.
