Today, Friday,May 29th and tomorrow, Saturday, May 30th are the last two days we will be open at the farm. We're open 10 am till 5 pm both days. Come get the last of your flowers and veggies for your yard and garden!!!

As another growing season comes to a close, we want to thank everyone who supported our greenhouse this year! From spring planting to late-season blooms, it’s been a joy helping you grow your gardens. 💚
Please note that our greenhouse will be closing for the season this week. Be sure to stop by before we close to grab any last plants!

It's Memorial Day weekend and we are open today, Friday, May 22nd till 5. Tomorrow, Saturday, May 23rd 10 am till 5 pm, and Sunday, May 24th - Noon till 5. Closed Memorial Day.
Come see us! Can't make it to the farm? We'll be at the Ames Downtown Farmers Market tomorrow, Saturday,May 23rd from 8am till 12:30 pm.

The time is NOW!! Time to get your garden in. With the warm temps and the rain that's coming, it's the perfect time to plant. Dusty Hill can help you with that. We have over 65 varieties of tomatoes, peppers and assorted veggies. Come see us.

It's Mother's Day weekend! Have you gotten anything for your mom? We still have a great selection of hanging baskets, planters and one of a kinds. Come get her something she won't have to pretend to like! Gift cards are also available.
We're open 10 am till 5 pm today and Saturday. Noon till 5 pm on Sunday at the farm. Will also be at the Ames Downtown Farmers Market tomorrow, Saturday, May 9th from 8am till 12:30 pm. Come see us and put a smile on Mom's face!

WOW! Thank you for the BEST opening day ever!!! It was wild, crazy and wonderful!!!
Lettuce keep celebrating - Our lettuce bowls are $2 off through Friday. We're open tomorrow at Noon. If you missed us today come on out!

The greenhouses are cleaned and sanitized, the first pallets of soil are warming up, made the first of many trips to northern Iowa for plugs and spent a couple hours getting them in their pots and planters. That's just a warmup for next week when we REALLY get busy! Spring must be inching closer... Opening day 2026 is only 65 days away!!!
