buffalo chicken (BC); spinach and feta (SF). All empanadas are customizable per customer's requests, including ones not on the menu. Alcapurria can be stuffed with any of the stuffing options, BUT authentically they are stuffed with beef. The alcapurria masa dough is made from grated yucca, green plantains and seasonings, then stuffed, molded and fried into a beautiful orb of deliciousness.
