Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 1 packet onion dip mix
- 8 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pack pillsbury biscuit mix
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 clovers chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Chopped parsley
- Parmesan cheese

Prep:
- cook 80/20 beef with onion dip mix until cooked through and set aside
- Chop up cheddar cheese into cubes
- Flatten out biscuit dough wide enough to fill it with fillings
- Melt butter with chopped garlic and chopped parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit. Take biscuit dough and fill it with 2 spoonfuls of meat, block of cheddar cheese and some shredded mozzarella. Close it up tightly so nothing falls out and place seam side down onto baking pan (either on parchment paper or with cooking spray to prevent sticking). Brush on egg wash onto the tops of all the bombs and put into oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown on top. Brush on melted butter mixture on top and grate parmesan cheese on top.
