Delish Dishes Cooking Classes, Cooking Parties & Lessons For over 20 years I’ve been cooking for my friends and family. My specialty is Southern Italian Traditional food.

Being first generation Italian, I grew up in the kitchen, as well as in my family’s restaurant on Long Island, learning the ins and outs of cooking. Simple and delicious. I’ve of course over the years through experience and tasting, have developed the ability to cook other cuisines and am happy and excited to share with my customers those techniques. A lot of people are afraid of the kitchen, the

stove, the very idea of putting a meal together gives some people anxiety. But I promise that learning to cook can be fun, entertaining and above all, relaxing, yes relaxing. We offer many services here at Delish Dishes. Whether you are looking to impress your family with a 3 course meal, or invite your friends over for a dinner party, our cooking lessons and dinner party services can accomplish your goals. Our food catering services are traditional, with recipes that have been in my family for generations. You’ll taste a piece of Italy in every bite and ask for seconds. In addition to these services, I am excited to offer Desserts by June. This idea was created out of my mom’s kitchen. She has been baking for nearly 35 years and makes the most delicious cookies and cakes. These treats are traditional, all homemade and above all, made with love. They are so yummy, and around our family and friends, are THE BEST. We are pleased and proud to now offer these recipes to you.
