Soldiers in the US Army did not have many perks, but they did have 6 cups of government issued coffee, every day. Uncle Sam issued whole beans to his troops, who used it to make some serious stuff, "strong enough to float an iron wedge" - as the soldiers would describe it- "it gave strength to the weary and heavy laden, and courage to the despondent and sick at heart." Today, our promise is to con

tinually seek the perfect bean from around the globe and roast them in small batches to perfection.
