It’s really that simple, and always has been. No fads, influencers, low fat, dietitians, food pyramid, etc. Just eat like a human and what nature provides. As humans, we shouldn’t have to be guided on what to eat and not eat. Unfortunately, there are generations that have succumbed to misinformation and lives have been cut short, or held together with pharmaceutical concoctions. Keep it simple and think how should I eat as a human. What does nature provide without human intervention? The secret? It doesn’t have an ingredient list on the back 😃.

To our Greensboro friends! We'll be back at the Robert G. Shaw Piedmont Triad Farmers Market tomorrow, Sat. 4/5, from 7-12. We'll have all of our grass-finished beef and lamb cuts available, along with our organically supplemented pork. Look forward to seeing you guys!

We weren’t the only ones excited to have our pork products back in stock this week!

Our delivery route took us to West Jefferson, where we delivered a whole pig to Gracie Miller and her beautiful family, and then to Boone, where we supplied products to Be Natural Market and to High Country Food Hub. From there, on to Greensboro, delivering a whole pig to Angela Ford and her amazing family.

If you're interested in purchasing a pork share, whether a half or whole pig, please let us know. We have additional pork scheduled for processing within the next two weeks, and we also offer a variety of retail cuts for those seeking to buy individual cuts.

Retail cuts can be bought at Boonea Winters Farmers Market Sat from 10-1, Be Natural Market and Country Food Hub daily. We also offer deliveries directly to your home within 60 miles of our farm. Please feel free to message us with any questions.

Our grass-finished beef and lamb are back in stock as of this evening! We'll be at the Robert G. Shaw Piedmont Triad Farmers Market tomorrow morning for our Greensboro customers. We'll be back in the Boone area on Tuesday, 10/29, for deliveries. Local and outside customers can message us to reserve orders for pickup or delivery. As our regular customers know, it sells out quickly! We anticipate our pork will be back in stock within the next few weeks. We're grateful for all our customers and friends for a very busy 2024 season. Look forward to seeing you all soon.
