High Protein Chicken Alfredo!! Want to know how to make this? Check the recipe down below and let me know how it comes out!
Protein Pasta (your choice of box Protein pasta)
Chicken breast (season to your liking
Sauce:
300 mL of low fat/fat free milk
50g of Parm. Cheese
½ block of low fat cream cheese
Italian seasoning,salt, and pepper
¼ cup of pasta water (can adjust based on how thick or thin you want the sauce)
Blend together and than transfer to sauce pan
And heat until thicken and add cooked pasta!
