Due to finances and life, I’m having to step away from breeding to sell. I will be keeping my Silver Foxes to breed. But will be letting my other breeds enjoy the rest of their retirement. I hope to get back at it in the future.

So city limits has the most people that can’t pay their taxes currently? Blue is city limits and red is current delinquent taxes. Some of these houses are over $1500 for their yearly taxes. They can’t figure out how to dig city limits out of debt, but want to add to their debt with all these new houses and new annexation that will only raise the taxes even more. God help us if this land grab is allowed to continue happening again and again.

I wish I could find a better picture of my little friend Luke. He came to me as an injured scared old man and lived out his retirement days in the best condition I could do for him. But tonight we had to say goodbye to him.
